Sewer, Trash, Business Licenses & General Billing

All customers paying trash and sewer service bill, general bill, or renewing a business license online must create a user name and password, even if they had one in the past due to a system upgrade in March 2022. We apologize for the inconvenience. (Please note: the system was updated in January 2023 and you may be required to change your password even if you have created one since the March 2022 upgrade.)

How to sign up for online payment: Click one of the buttons below to be redirected to a safe City site for Trash & Sewer billing, business license billing, or general billing. Click Log In to open a Sign In window; scroll down and click Sign Up, which opens a window labeled Create an Account. Add your information and submit the form; you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to finish signing up and be redirected to your account. To pay, find your account and customer ID numbers on your bill.

To sign up for automatic payments for your trash/sewer bill, access the Automatic Payment Agreement Form. 

Please note: Effective March 1, 2024, City of Sierra Vista has a new billing address for utility payments that are mailed. This update was included in the bills mailed out in March but did not include the state (California) by mistake. The new address for mailed utility payments is:

Parks & Recreation Programs 

Payments for Recreational Classes, Sports Events or Programs, Swim Lessons, and the Sparks program can be paid online via WebTrac. The buttons below link to a safe site, the City's WebTrac system.

Ambulance Invoices
