The City Clerk's Office, located in City Hall, is responsible for collecting revenue, assists businesses in obtaining business licenses, maintains public records in partnership with other City departments, oversees the City's election process, acts as official recorder of all City Council meetings and work sessions, and provides risk management services while evaluating the City's insurance needs.

The City Clerk is designated as the the Public Records Custodian for the City of Sierra Vista.

The city's official bulletin board for posting notices is located in front of the City Hall Main Parking lot at 1011 N. Coronado Drive, Sierra Vista, Arizona. The notices are viewable 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Notices are also posted on the bulletin boards of the Sierra Vista Public Library, the Oscar Yrun Community Center, and the Sierra Vista Aquatic Center (“The Cove”).  Please be advised that only the City's official bulletin board may be relied on for official posting under Open Meeting Law
