The Fleet Services section provides fleet maintenance services to all City department vehicles and equipment. Fleet is also responsible for operating and maintaining the fuel facility at the Pedro Castro Government Maintenance Center. This facility provides diesel and unleaded fueling services to the entire City fleet.

The Fleet Services section also provides fleet maintenance services to 40 different outside public agency vehicles. These outside public agencies include fire districts, other city governments, state agencies, and universities and colleges. In addition, the Fleet Services section provides diesel, bio diesel and unleaded fueling services to several outside public agencies.
