Sierra Vista Fire and Medical Services conducts routine fire inspections on commercial occupancies within the City of Sierra Vista. If you need to request an inspection, or want to report possible life safety situations, please call the Office of the Fire Marshal at (520) 439-2230 or the Fire Inspector at (520) 439-2231.

Copies of annual inspections are typically emailed to the person of contact after the completion of the inspection. If you would like to request a prior inspection or have not received your inspection within 1 week after the visit, please email the Fire Inspector with your request.
