Educational Attainment ChartSierra Vista is a highly educated community with 93% of the population aged 25 and over having attained high school graduation or higher, compared to 85.7% in Arizona and 85.9% nationally. More than 31% hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, compared to 27.1% statewide and 29.3% in the United States.

The University of Arizona College of Applied Science and Technology, along with Cochise College, proactively review and adapt their curriculum to match the needs of the local business community,  offering four and two-year degrees along with many certification programs.

Additionally, Arizona @ Work can assist in identifying potential workers, evaluating current salary rates for the area, creating job descriptions and reviewing resumes along with developing specialty training programs designed for your precise skill needs. Many of these services are low-cost or free.
