The City of Sierra Vista leadership is committed to revitalizing Sierra Vista's point of origin, the West End. This long-term project will be achieved through multiple steps over several years.

One step to move the redevelopment forward is to improve conditions within the West Fry Boulevard and North Garden Avenue rights-of-way, incentivizing reinvestment, and reusing idle properties. On March 10, 2022, the Sierra Vista City Council approved an amended West Sierra Vista Redevelopment Area Plan, which expands the redevelopment area and defines an Infill Incentive District. (See the latest Infill Incentive District application and map of defined Infill Incentive Districts -  including the Cloud 9 subdivision)  View the project's brochure.

Now, the City of Sierra Vista is offering a matching grant for qualified businesses located in the West Sierra Vista Redevelopment Area, known as the West Sierra Vista Partnership Program. Information about eligible coverage items and funding amounts are included within the PDF application. Physical copies of this application are available for pickup at City Hall, or may be mail delivered upon request.
