T'ai Chi Chih is a set of movements completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi. T'ai Chi Chih consists of 19 movement and 1 pose. T'ai Chi Chih does not require a particular level of fitness or coordination. Movements may be done standing or sitting. No special clothing or equipment is required. The class is taught by certified T'ai Chi Chih instructor, Colleen Knight and benefits may include peace of mind, improved health, and simple joy. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
