Featuring at least 20 local “celebrity” chefs and their sous chefs who will cook individual culinary delights in five categories of competition: soup, salad, appetizer, entree, and dessert. A winning team will be selected from each category as well as a “People’s Choice Award” and a “Best Table Presentation Award.” Past dishes include shrimp and grits, habanero cupcakes, symphony salad, and south of the border chicken. Winning chefs are selected by attendees at this annual fundraiser that features live music, a raffle, and a silent auction. Tickets are inclusive of food.
