This class is offered to students who have already completed the eight week beginner's T'ai Chi Chih class. The class will focus on deepening their T'ai Chi Chih practice while focusing on the subtle correction needed by serious students. The class is taught by ceritified T'ai Chi Chih instructor, Colleen Knight and benefits may include peace of mind, improved health, and simple joy. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
